Refund & Cancellation Policy (Effective June 2025)
1. Non-Refundable Fees

Admission Fee and Registration Fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Examination, Activity, and Resource Fees are also non-refundable once paid.

2. Tuition Fee Refund Policy
Withdrawal Time    Refund Percentage
Before classes start    75% refund
Within 7 days of starting    50% refund
8–14 days after start    25% refund
After 14 days    No refund

Note: Refunds apply only to tuition fees — not to admission, exam, or other fixed charges.

3. Security Deposit (If applicable)

Fully refundable only if:

The student formally withdraws from school.

All dues are cleared.

School property (ID card, books, etc.) is returned in good condition.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after written request.

4. Transport & Optional Services

Transport fees are refundable only if service hasn't started.

No refund is given after service is used for more than 5 days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To apply for a refund:

Submit a written application to the school office.

Include:

Student Name

Class

Reason for withdrawal

Bank details (if refund by transfer)

All refund decisions are made by school administration.
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 2 to 4 weeks.

6. School-Initiated Cancellations

If the school cancels a class, course, or admission due to internal reasons, a full refund of all applicable fees will be issued.

7. Final Authority

The school principal and administration team reserve the right to make final decisions in special or disputed cases.
